Global Heroes Media Advertising Matching Grant Program

Empowering Positive Stories to Be Seen, Heard, and Remembered.

Purpose and Background

In recognition of ongoing economic challenges affecting the tourism, nonprofit sectors, Global Heroes Media has established the Media Advertising Matching Grant Program.

While the program was originally designed to assist tourism and nonprofit organizations, the Grant may also be awarded to other qualified organizations at Global Heroes’ sole discretion whose campaigns align with ou Positive News Editorial Guidelines and promote values such as community development, cultural appreciation, sustainability, and positive social impact.

The purpose of this initiative is to help organizations maintain consistent, year-round visibility — ensuring that positive, community-driven campaigns are not limited to one-time advertisements.

By providing matching advertising credits, Global Heroes enables qualified partners to extend their message across print, digital, and broadcast platforms at a lower cost, promoting continuity and long-term audience engagement.

This program reflects our commitment to supporting organizations whose missions foster community development, cultural appreciation, environmental sustainability, and positive social impact — values at the heart of the Global Heroes editorial mission.

Program Overview

The Media Advertising Matching Grant Program provides in-kind advertising credits, matched against an organization’s paid media placements within Global Heroes platforms.

This initiative is not a cash grant or government-funded program.

Credits are funded through Global Heroes’ internal media inventory allocations and are applied directly toward approved advertising, sponsored content, or promotional placements.

The program’s goal is to create long-term partnerships that encourage consistent storytelling, destination marketing, and nonprofit visibility throughout the year.
